As you engage in the refining process, you will be held by flames and suds so that you might both reflect and be bathed in the peace of Christ. 

-Peace requires extensive preparation

-Refining is the process that leads to peace through exposure, shaping, and examination

-We have peace in the midst of refinement because God has declared peace with us through Christ. 

-True peace is about what Christ has done for us not to us. 

-Peace is contingent on our willingness to return to God.
